Concentrix Institute Boost BPO Careers New Training School Gives Students Tools to Succeed Rochester, NY - October 20, 2009 - Concentrix Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE: SNX), announced the opening of its Davao, Philippines’ based Concentrix Institute. The Concentrix Institute, in collaboration with the Philippines government and local universities, offers state-of-the-art training rooms that can accommodate up to 150 students and a fully-equipped laboratory with hardware, peripherals and networking devices from different vendors, as well as modern Contact Center equipment, all for use during hands-on activities. Class offerings and certification courses include Computer Networking Essentials and Basic Troubleshooting, Customer Service Basics, Upselling Success, Certified Customer Support Specialist, Microsoft Certified Trainer and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer among many others. In-house and on-site training courses combine structured classroom discussion, hands-on activities and self-paced online learning. These courses will be conducted by seasoned IT professionals with years of experience in their respective fields.
