Concentrix Enables Channel Sales, Contract Renewals & New Partner Recruitment Supporting Leading Independent IT Management Software Company Rochester, NY - November 16, 2009 - Concentrix Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE: SNX), today announced it has partnered with the global leader in Information Technology (IT) management software to enable two distinct reseller partner support programs. For the independent company’s security product line, Concentrix will provide global sales support to general and mid-tier reseller partners. Concentrix teams will drive day-to-day transactional activities including net-new forecasting and reseller partner enablement activities including enrollment in sales and product training tools. Concentrix will also support a cooperative effort to secure and up-sell existing end-customers that are up for license renewals. The program includes a team of global Reseller Partner Specialists supporting North America, Latin America, Asia-Pacific and EMEA. The second program is focused on working with general reseller partners to maximize sales opportunities and to recruit net-new reseller partners to another line of products and solutions. Concentrix will work with the reseller partners to increase their general knowledge and awareness of the independent company’s solutions as well as be a resource for technical sales and special pricing needs through distribution. In both cases the goal is to drive revenue and to graduate reseller partners to the next logical tier within the respective program through demonstrated success in sales and a commitment to required training and technical competency.
